Hi, I'm Carrie Berend with the Bridal Boutique in Lewisville, Texas, and I'm here to talk to you about how to make your veil look a little bit thicker. Now, you kind of have to decide what kind of thickness you're going for on your wedding day. A thicker veil is going to stand up more on your head and stand out wider. A thinner veil is going to lay against your head and look a little bit more see-through against your dress(Buy Now). Now, a thicker veil has a lot more layers and a lot more gathering at the comb. As you can see, when I put this on, you can see a lot of the veil around my head. When I take this off and put the thinner veil on, it lays really well against my hairline. In order to make your veil look a little bit thicker, there are a few tips that you can do. Now, this is a very layered veil. In order to make it thicker, I'm bunching it up, wearing it a little bit higher on my head, and giving it a little bit more volume. The lower you wear your veil, the thinner it's going to look. The higher on your head you wear your veil, the thick and voluptuous it's going to look.
